▲人気を集めたごみ分別ゲーム。親に相談しながら容器に入れていく子どもの姿も＝横浜市南区の南センター
ごみ分別ゲームなど楽しみながらリサイクルを体験できる総合イベント「南（なん）でもワールド ＤＥ Ｇ３０」が二十三日、横浜市南区南太田の南センターなどで開かれた。横浜のごみ減量新計画「Ｇ３０プラン」を広く知ってもらおうと同区が主催した。
イベントでは、こん包用のビニールテープで金魚を作るコーナーや牛乳パックをすいて和紙を作るコーナーなどのほか、「こども物々交換市」も開かれた。遊ばなくなったおもちゃ一つを持参すると、イベント専用の紙幣一枚と交換。交換場所に置いてあるおもちゃの中から、好きなおもちゃを選び、紙幣を渡すと交換成立となる。長い机いっぱいに並べられたおもちゃの前で、「どれにしようかな」と長時間迷っている子どもの姿もあった。
また、同市資源リサイクル事業協同組合の協力で「リサイクルチャレンジコーナー」も開設。渡されたごみを「家庭ごみ」「不燃物」「スプレー缶」など十二の容器に入れていくゲームだが、挑戦した子どもたちは親たちに「ここでいいの？」「これは？」と聞きながら、ごみを分別していた。長男（７っ）と二男（３っ）と一緒にゲームに挑戦した磯子区の本郷幸子さん（３７）は「少しでもごみを減らすため、今後も自分でできるリサイクルはやっていきたい」と話してい
