日立のＩＣチップをユーロ紙幣が採用へ
「欧州中央銀行（ＥＣＢ）は、欧州単一通貨ユーロの紙幣偽造防止のため、日立製作所が開発した偽造不可能な世界最小のＩＣチップ「ミューチップ」を採用する方向で同社と交渉に入った。決まれば偽造防止で中央銀行がＩＣチップを使う初のケースとなる。」

埋め込まれたチップからIDを読みとるための機械ってのは、お金さえあれば誰でも買えるものなのでしょうか？
中国製の読み取り機が秋葉原で売られている、なんてのはありがちでは?
ユニークidが実はIPv6アドレスのようになっていて、しかも無線LAN仕様だったり、なんて妄想してみました。盗まれた紙幣へpingを打つと、他のお札をルーティングしながら辿りつく。あ、でも実際の所在は判明しないから更にGPS機能を持たせる。
スカラー波（静電気）で壊れるのでしょうかね？ 最近では100円ライタに搭載されている「電気ショック」 あれでお札をパチパチすると壊れそうなんだが‥
プライバシどころの騒ぎじゃないですよ。
IDが電波で読めればお金に触らずに瞬時にお金が合計幾らあるかを計算できるので
・強盗： 大金を持った人だけ襲う。
・空き巣： 旦那さえ存在を知らなかった、奥さんのへそくり までお持ち帰り。
・銀行強盗： ダミーのお金を渡された場合、 その場で逆ギレることも可能。
などなど、犯罪をする側には理想的な社会が出来上がりそうです。
