失敗知識データベースの試験公開を開始

科学技術振興事業団（JST：理事長 沖村憲樹）では、科学技術分野の事故や失敗を未然に防止し、技術の信頼性と社会の安全性の向上に資するため、科学技術分野の事故や失敗の事例の収集と分析を行い、事例の分析で得られる教訓を共有できる知識として整理し、これらを収録した失敗知識データベースの整備を進めてきました。
これまでの成果を試験的に公開し、利用者からの意見を収集してその要望を今後のデータベースの構築に役立てるため、平成15年3月27日より以下のURLで試験公開（無料）を開始いたします。
