About the "agricultural law," I have found out
the term, "agricultural law," itself is a really developed area of study.

So just exploring the serch of this term will be
benefitial to you(and I hope you haven't know
this yet...)

The Russian guy I was talking about is, Wassily
Kandinsky, who is rather known as a famopus
painter who started cubism and influenced
Picaso and so on. Before he became a painter, he
was studying in Moscow Univ, and traveled to the
province of Wologda to study agricultural law
and rural ways. I think the Communism in the
first phase was really tring to return to
the "community," rejecting the idea of nation and
kingdom which only exists in our concepts and beliefs. (although the experiment failed.)

While a "community" (I would rather say
a "tribe") is indivisual, visible and
percievable, a "nation" is rather a fake union of
people based on the belif in the "nation" which
only exist on the map and in our minds.

So the Raman law is the model of our judgemental
law. The agricultural law is based on
the "community," and rather analitical than
judgemental because it tries to give a light to
the event of crime stepping into intentions of
people involved and shares what truely happened
among the community. The cause-and-effect based
analitic approach of agricultural law is pretty
much the Abhidharma in work within the community
and group mind (not only within indivisual).

Kandinsky find Roman law as solid dead approach,
while A.L. is similar to the "new law (of love)"
by the Christ.

あんま理論的な本でなくて起爆力のあるオルグ本ｗｗ。
jbaとかdejimahとかそれぞれのフィールドでみんながやってることが詩的、思想的に書かれてあった。でももうあきらかに現実のほうが速い。
ブログをやりながら音楽をきくようにぱらぱらチューンする本だね。
